[tor-dev] TOR compilation with MinGW

 Hi, iâd like to compile tor in my mingw installation, how could i achieve the same results as you:

 https://www.torproject.org/dist/win32/

 It will be awesome to have tiny client as soon as possible in one exe

 Could you please give me full instruction or shell script ?
