Hi Nima, great mockup! For what it's worth a localhost tor interface
is something I've been longing for us to do for quite some time. I
pitched it to GSoC applicants (without much success) and plan to hack
on it myself in the future, but not until after finishing the arm
rewrite. So it'll be quite a while.

Making a trac page with mockups and feature ideas might be a great
spot to start even if we lack someone to hack on it right now.
