Hey s7r,

It is my understanding, although I could be wrong, that because Debian stable
does not have (the correct versions of) the dependencies required for building
obfs4proxy-0.0.5 in jessie (stable), that their developers (and ours, in order
to be compliant with Debian's policy) are unable to upload obfs4proxy-0.0.5 to
a jessie repository.

The answer, sadly, for now, is to build obfs4proxy from source, or to pull in
the package from stretch (testing):
