My understanding is that: * git.torproject.org is the upstream for a lot of different packagers, * bugs in git.torproject.org are reported on trac.torproject.org (there is no debian packages component on the tor trac) * for debian packages, deb.torproject.org is the upstream of packages.debian.org, * bugs for debian packages are reported on the debian bug tracker Debian was just in a distribution release freeze, so I'm not sure when they will update their version.
