Re: PATCH: preliminary support for MSI based package builds via WiX toolset



another syntax update, switch to double quotes from single (make more
parsers happy) and changed from the Mondo UI to the FeatureTree.  this
omits some needless installation type prompts that aren't needed
(yet).
