I think the option you need to set for current Tor versions is
âHidServDirectoryV2â. Add âHidServDirectoryV2 1â to at least one
relay's torrc. You may also want to add âMinUptimeHidServDirectoryV2 0
secondsâ to the directory authority's torrc.
