Once TBB is open try "cd ~" and

~/tor-browser_en-US/App/Firefox/firefox --profile Data/profile -new-tab
www.google.com

or

~/tor-browser_en-US/App/Firefox/firefox --profile Data/profile -new-tab
www.google.com &
