Hi @ all,

to support the eastern tor community - i installed a tor mirror which is located in the ukraine..

http://tor.homosu.net
and
http://tor.homosu.net/dist

Syncing 1 time per day - can adjust if needed..

One of my mirrors is marked as located in LU (http://tor.idnr.at) 
This one is located it Austria - would you please change this?
Nevertheless i can provide a mirror located in luxembourg ;)
