I've committed some mirror standards to the site in rev. 19931.

Should be showing at the bottom when the site is next pushed:

It is my intention to grandfather current mirrors.  That is, current
mirrors we will gently encourage to meet these requests.


New mirrors, I'd like to see meet the standards from jump.
