I tried both of these today from a friend's and they worked properly, also by 
going out through the tor network they resolve and load properly for me.

If you are trying to access them directly ( not through tor ), then if you can 
give me the IP you are using I could check the apache logs to see if there is 
anything listed for your attempts.

Otherwise I don't see why there should be any problems.

Also the Tor MirrorCheck Agent has not made any further access attempts.
