Blob = proprietary binary package.  Packages where no source code is available so you can't readily be 100% sure they do only what you expect them to do.

Beaglebone Blacks are impossible to get for some reason. They seem good for the job with more stability for equal power consumption.
Has anyone got Tor running on something similar in price?
