[tor-relays] Onionoo protocol broken?

Hi!
This might not be the correct forum - but I'm sure the right people are listening.

As of this writing, the data sent by onionoo doesn't follow the protocol specification:

"Graph history objects", parameter "first" & "last", shall be of format "UTC timestamp", which is a <string>.
They yet are of type <int>, looking like an epoch timestamp in milliseconds.

Evidence - as a result of the "example request" of the onionoo protocol page:

{"version":"6.2",
"next_major_version_scheduled":"2018-09-03",
"build_revision":"49879eb",
"relays_published":"2018-08-08 08:00:00",
"relays":[
{"fingerprint":"000...","write_history":{"3_months":{"first":1525694400000,"last":1533556800000,"interval":86400,"factor":27.72504778344874,"count":92,"values": ...

Could someone confirm and fix, or alternatively alter the protocol spec, please?

Thanks, Ralph
