[tor-relays] Curiosity about connections list

I'm used to seeing many connections on my middle and bridge nodes, but 
on the new Exit node in NYX I'm seeing ~850 inbound connections and 0 
outbound connections, this seems strange. Googling isn't getting me very 
far, whats with this behavior?
