Circuit storms observed of up to 100k and 250k per relay for over hours.
Consumed BW rises by about 10%. Number of stateful server connections is higher. Using Tor 356 to 401.
 
Anybody else observes that?
Only way I know to check circuits is in the heartbeat log entry. This is from my non-exit relay 855BC2DABE24C861CD887DB9B2E950424B49FC34 (times are CET):

Jan 31 01:54:14.000 [notice] Heartbeat: Tor's uptime is 15 days 6:00 hours, with 78134 circuits open. I've sent 16727.10 GB and received 16603.44 GB.
Jan 31 07:54:14.000 [notice] Heartbeat: Tor's uptime is 15 days 12:00 hours, with 166024 circuits open. I've sent 16979.36 GB and received 16853.91 GB.
Jan 31 13:54:14.000 [notice] Heartbeat: Tor's uptime is 15 days 18:00 hours, with 32849 circuits open. I've sent 17283.65 GB and received 17155.78 GB.

The last entries shows some peaks but it doesn't look like a sustained thing. "Normal" is around 30k as far as I can see.
