Webmin is very, VERY, insecure. I just used it on Hackthebox to hack a machine (version 18.1.1 if I remember well). Avoid it at all cost.

This sometimes happens when the repo is being updated.
Or the certificate in the repo has expired. You can choose another
Tor-mirror to test.
