Is there a list of those Ipv6 and Ipv4 addresses which you block that we could use?

I do block here connection attempts from 130 ipv6 /64 and 1500 IPv4 systems which are accountable for the majority of pain related to CPU, OOM and Tor DDoS/circuit protocol violations etc.
