Don't know how common this is but I've had a Pi running for 35 days 6 hours (so far). With over 80GB transferred on my half assed comcast cable connection.
Not bad for $25 a credit card sized board sitting in a cardboard box in my broom closet.

PS, many of the freezes and lockups on a Pi *relay* are due to running out of memory in some form or other - for relays, the more memory the better on a slow machine like the Pi.  Once it gets overwhelmed, TCP requests start to logjam and boom.  More RAM gives it more chance to recover, or so goes my theory.
