Not that I wanted them all but I qualified for 22 t-shirts at one stage and had to push to get one after months.

It would seem to me to be a good idea to make the shirts a trophy that was valued and long-lasting and awarded for more uptime but awarded promptly when deserved.

Yes, I run my Tor relay for more than 5 months and never get an answer to get a t-shirt.
