If you can wait another week until we have officially launched our new
Tor Weather service then we could offer that one. If you can't wait then
you can test it out already now at
https://weather.torproject.org
It's doing its job as far as we can see. (If you find bugs please report
them, ideally at
https://gitlab.torproject.org/tpo/network-health/tor-weather
). :)
