[tor-relays] Wrong country relay

Hello,

I am the manager of this relay: https://metrics.torproject.org/rs.html#details/86094885479B4037A1D71EDDDD41549E1E422D1B

It is indicated that the server comes from Canada, but it is in Helsinki, Finland. You can check it directly with the server IP.

Would it be possible to change this?
