Do you operate there at all Tor-relays?
Forget google cloud for TOR!
There are countless better providers in the world where you can get a
VPN or root server for a few dollars.
It appears they charge a few cents a gigabyte, thx.
lol, sorry
0,10 $/GB = 1000 $/10TB one Tor-instace ~ 50TB/month
For the money you get several racks for colocation!
A used dedicated root server from the "serverbörse" costs 5 - 40 EURO
per month here in Germany.
Inclusive Traffic - 10 TB to unlimited (if you are lucky)
You only need a small one. 2core CPU and 2-4 GB ram is more than enough
for one Tor-instance.
So do not pay attention to the hardware. Look only for inclusiv traffic.
10 TB is little - 50 TB or unlimited is great.
