Apparently _all_ my low-performance relays are experiencing this, not
only my newest. The higher-performance relays show the cell drop message
occasionally, but there's no asymmetric bandwidth that I can see. If
there is, it's drowned out by the higher bandwidth usage.
Is this another attack? A regression? This started occurring as soon as
I upgraded to 0.4.9.15. CPU usage and network usage is otherwise normal.
I'd be happy to provide debug logs to a dev if that would be helpful.
Regards,
forest
