"Stable" means that your node has been up for a long time
continuously. "Guard" needs a bit more explanation. When a client Tor picks
routes, the first relay is one of a small number of nodes. These nodes are
the client's entry guards. A node is flagged "Guard" if it is suitable to be
an entry guard.
What other languages do you speak? My first thought was Syldavian, but then
you'd be Ottokar. :)
