Well, too late. I did this the other way around (buy, ask about Tor,
ask about WHOIS). They allow Tor (but they have contacted me on the
phone saying that I am responsible aas per their Terms of Service and
contract for about anything that happens through that machine. They do
WHOIS reassignment only if you buy at least a "dedicated subnet" of 16
IPs minimum.
