[tor-relays] Re: Shutting down my ~40 guards

Thank you for your contributions forest (as a former relay op myself,
and current full-time onion services user)

We know it ain't easy and we appreciate you.  Do what you have to do.

Hopefully you'll be able & willing to return to hosting guards when that
makes sense.
