Hi 1aeo,
Fortunately I think your LLM misunderstood this part: we are putting
out new versions of Tor every few weeks, and recommending that relay
operators upgrade to each one, but we are not kicking out relays that
haven't yet moved to the latest minor release.
(This is different from when we started rejecting 0.4.8 relays on the
network, in June of this year.)
