I've checked the Atlas page - you ave ~235.82KB/s.
However, you may not get AS MUCH traffic in the beginning, because you
are a non-exit relay, and you have to wait for your Tor Relay to be
added to the network. Publish the directory aswell if you can - that
normally gets some more people :p
