	It quite clearly is propaganda. Twitter fully cooperates with
	the amerikan government while at the same time pretending that
	they 'protect' their 'users' from 'evil', that is
	non-amerikan, governments. 

	It's a typical 'psy-op'. Poor twitter users are being attacked
	by 'oppresive regimes' and captain twitter is saving them.
