sorry, I forgott to send the torrc file. I leave out the values for
Vidalia an post only the specific Black Belt Privacy values:

    CircuitBuildTimeout 10
    NumEntryGuards 10
    ConstrainedSockSize 256 KB
    ExcludeNodes IL
    ExcludeExitNodes IL

Thats all. I con not see any reason for more speed in this configuration.
