The new copyright law in Canada would seem to require anyone claiming ISP safe harbour protection to log data of users for 6 months and to forward alleged copyright violation notices to them. http://www.michaelgeist.ca/2014/12/notice-difference-new-canadian-internet-copyright-rules-isps-set-launch/ TorrentFreak thinks this kills anonymous VPNs in Canada.
