Could you please explain what you mean? eepsites seem
to be just I2P's equivalent to TOR's hidden services.
While the quote you picked was specifically related to
hosting tor hidden services, not i2p hosting, how does
using I2P's eepsite help with *remote* hosting
whatsoever (I2P or TOR)?

***remote*** hosting (i.e. having someone else host
things for you).
