Currently 2.2.35-12 and 2.2.36-1 are both acceptable TBB versions to
use on Linux / OSX. We try to only nag people to upgrade when there's
a good reason -- after all, we nag people to upgrade often enough already.

There will be a 2.2.37 package coming out pretty soon (with a workaround
for a bug in openssl 1.0.1), and it's likely that one will mean we
unrecommend both 2.2.35-12 and 2.2.36-1.
