Tor has been fine for me the whole week.

Suggestion: basic Windows diagnostics
1) boot from cd ; memtest
2) boot from cd ; chkdsk /r
3) cmd ; sfc /scannow
4) malwarebytes.org quickscan
5) Windows updates
