NodeFamily statement to fix the perfect-privacy.com problem

     For anyone else who is interested in having no more than one hop of any
given circuit constructed by their tor client to be a perfect-privacy.com hop,
just add the following to your torrc file, and send tor a SIGHUP.  Please
pardon the run-on line, but without answers to the questions I posed earlier
here, I have to assume that it is necessary to list every node that should
be in a single Family on the same NodeFamily statement.  Just copy and paste.
