[tor-talk] Multiple Tor instances

If I run two Vidalia instances with unique SOCKS ports and Control ports
and connect two applications (say 2 instances of pidgin) on the unique
SOCKS ports, a remote observer shouldn't be able to know that both my
identities are the same right?
