Any Tor setup can run hidden services, including servers, bridges and clients.

See https://www.torproject.org/docs/tor-hidden-service.html.en for information about setting these up. Make sure the service(s)/applications do not leak (or best, do not know) any information which can be used to locate and strike down upon the machine running the service and/or you. You can run a Tor bridge/client/server on box A and point the hidden service to 10.0.0.20 (box B) which can be without any connection/route to the Internet (which means it does not know the internet IP and therefore can not expose it).

Good luck.
