Nope. The geoip db distributed with tor only narrows down by country so you'll need to feed the exit ips into one that's more precise. There's also a small chance that a relay's ip differs from where you'll egress so you'd need to check for that too if it's important. -Damian

I can go to http://torstatus.blutmagie.de/ and manually check all US exit nodes but this is time consuming.  Is their an easier way?
