[tor-talk] Improvement of SSL Ciphers of Tor2web

Tor2web has been improved with ECDHE and GCM (authenticated encryption) ciphers:
https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=antani.tor2web.org&s=65.112.221.20

Now the ciphers available are the stronger one existing such as
TLS_ECDHE_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384 with:
- Elliptic Curve
- AES 256
- GCM (Authenticated Encryption)
- SHA385

Kudos to Evilalive for this strong improvement, done by improving the PyOpenSSL package:
