Yup.  Just before the polygon clipper code.

That poly should be on the solder side.  It connects to VCC (see
thermals on P6-9's VCC pin).

     x	solder-gnd-poly

Note that there are ten layers.

Shouldn't be.  The part that saves the file is independent of the GUI.
