I remember that this was discussed in -devel a while back.  This is
unfortunate.  I cannot open the design files and get the same results
as before.  This makes the space flight QA people a bit nervous.

Secondly, I have some design rules that are difficult to meet with
these round holes.

I understand why you want them, but you may want to know that I very
much do not want those corners to be round.
