[gftp] recursive chmod... please?

I posted about this 3 months ago but got no response.  This is SUCH a useful 
feature, and other clients (WinSCP, FlashFXP) do it, and recursive delete is 
already present in gFTP... recursive chmod is exactly the same thing, except 
with a different command (chmod instead of rm).  The only other thing you'd 
need is one extra checkbox on the chmod dialog, which says "add -x to 
directories."
