You'd best learn UTC time, as most of us are from Europe :) I live in the EST
zone, though. To convert UTC to CST, subtract 6 hours from the time (5 during daylight savings). So 16:00 UTC would be 10:00 CST, or 11:00 CDT. 16:00 CST would be 22:00 UTC. Get it?
