Open source : race or teamwork ?




	Just to throw in my 2 cents, I think a good idea for all OS projects
is to keep a list of things to do. That way, people will know what you are
already planning to do, or are working on (Yeah, I know... Bert made it clear
he was working on it, and they did it anyway...)

	Is there any decent way of making it clear who is working on code?
(Does CVS provide anything like this?) Personally, my program comes with a
file listing all the crap I plan to eventually add. Anything not on that list
that gets added has a 0.001% of being something I've already added to the
development version. Also, with each release, I try to list what I plan to
work on for the next version or two.

	Just thought I'd throw my hat into the ring.
