Reply decoding problem

When trying to decode a reply I get the following error:

$ mixminion decode -v -i r001
This software is for testing purposes only. Anonymity is not guaranteed.
Jul 03 21:19:10.556 [INFO] Setting entropy source to '/dev/urandom'

The file r001 contains an ascii armoured anonymous message which I got when
sending to myself using a surb.

What am I doing wrong?
