Comment:

 Ok, I merged the r2_squashed version of this into both our 3.x and 4.x
 branches. I *think* I agree with isis that we don't want to give people
 the impression that the is OK to allow under certain circumstances,
 because then we open up the ability for sites to social engineer people
 into getting fingerprinted.

 I still tried to clarify the strings to repeat "image data" for emphasis,
 but I'm not sure its any better. Note also we want to prefer brevity for
 this popup, so we're kind of extra-constrained. Here's the new Torbutton
 string:
