 Quick question while I review in more depth: How many sets of MAR files do
 we expect per release? If we support incremental MARs, does that mean that
 we need to keep both incremental and full MARs (for people who don't run
 TBB often, and miss a couple updates)?

 Related, at a guess does this mean each release series will require 2.5
 times as much storage? or 2.1X?

 Answers to these questions will help us decide if www.torproject.org is an
 OK place to host the MAR files. In terms of capacity and redundancy, it is
 the clear winner. But some of the mirrors are anemic on space...
