The current default component for new tickets is "Android (Orbot)-Backend
/ Core". It happens quite often that people forget to change the
component, so that new tickets are added to that component. Should we a)
pick something else as default, like "Tor client", or b) create a new
"Please select a component" or "Unspecified" component and make that the
default, so that we can easily see when someone forgets to pick a
component?
