 Making the default be Tor client will just increase the confusion -- the
 problem here
 is that we need to guess whether they really meant to pick the default or
 they didn't
 know to set it to something.

 I vote for "- Select a component" or some other name that will make it go
 first.

 Then we can easily recognize that bugs in that category need to be
 recategorized.
