Old description:

New description:

 We need to define criteria for training curriculum development.  We
 completed the
 [https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/wiki/doc/SponsorODrafts#CurriculumFramework
 curriculum framework] for discussion at the Paris developer meeting from
 June 30 to July 4, 2014 and made it publicly available on July 11, 2014.
 Next steps will be to find an external training curriculum writer by
 August 15, 2014.  Kelley and Colin have been working on this task.  That
 concludes this task.
