 The title is more correctly called "Mitigating risks when blogging
 online". The series of posts could be a weekly series with themes such as:

 1. Blogging online safely
 2. Mitigating risks when sharing sensitive data online
 3. Safely circumventing internet censorship
 4. Minimizing online surveillance

 These two links may cover most of the topics, https://flossmanuals.net
 /basic-internet-security/ and https://flossmanuals.net/bypassing-
 censorship/. They don't have enough data for people at serious risk, but
 for a novice to the concepts, they are decent overviews.

 Also the Global Voice Advocacy guide was written by Sami, Ethan, and us.
